Guild Charter change related to Guild Management

 As posted here, several Cabal members have called for a poll on changing the Guild Charter to allowing permanant leadership roles, as opposed to quarterly elections.

Please vote on which you feel the strongest about. Please note, however, that even with a favortism towards the change, out Officers will make the final call on what is in the best interest of the Guild.
